<p>I know you want to lose your bulging, flabby belly fast. I know you want to look and feel great.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s get started. Just follow these simple guidelines:</p>
<p><strong>1. Get rid of your excess water weight.</strong> Weight gained due to water retension can be lost by taking a safe, daily dieuretic product. There are several on the market. Be sure to choose a reputable supplier and to follow all label directions. This will give you a fast start on your weight loss.</p>
<p><strong>2. Eat 4 to 6 small meals each day.</strong> Keep healthy snacks handy. Don&#8217;t overeat at mealtime. Avoid drive-thru meals and fried foods. Eat a healthy breakfast.</p>
<p><strong>3. Exercise a few minutes at least 3 or 4 times per week.</strong> I know we all hate exercise, but walking can be an enjoyable way to lose a few pounds of bulging belly fat with minimal effort. Look for any opportunity to walk a few more steps.A little each time begins to show up quickly. Walk at least 20 minutes 3 times each week and you&#8217;ll start to see results fast.</p>

<p>There are many weight loss programs out there to choose from. Some are well-known while many are not. If you choose carefully, you will enjoy success and reach your weight loss goals.</p>
<p><strong>First, Is the plan easy to follow? </strong>The plan must be simple and easy to follow. Some plans require complicated meal preparation using ingredients that many of us are not familiar with. Other plans require a lot of detailed planning and require a lot of work. Look for the program that suits your tastes and your timetable.</p>
<p><strong>Second, Will the plan work for me? </strong>Will I safely lose weight by following this plan? If the plan sounds really off-the-wall, then there&#8217;s a good chance that you&#8217;re not going to be comfortable with it and, in turn, won&#8217;t stay with it. If the program is simple and feels right, chances are you&#8217;ll stick with it.</p>

<p>Fast weight loss and better health can be achieved by most of us by following these simple guidelines:</p>
<p><strong>Eat more than one or two times a day.</strong> Don&#8217;t eat just one or two large meals. Eat 4 to 6 small meals. Stay away from fried foods. Don&#8217;t eat at drive-thru&#8217;s! And whatever you do, don&#8217;t skip breakfast!</p>
<p><strong>Get at least some exercise.</strong> Take the steps, not the elevator. Park a little further from the door at Wal-Mart. Walk around the block. Doing at least 20 minutes of walking at least 3 times per week will go a long way towards being healthier and losing weight.</p>
<p><strong>Get plenty of sleep.</strong> Seven or eight hours every night is important.</p>
<p><strong>Don&#8217;t snack at night</strong> unless it&#8217;s a healthy snack. And whatever you do, don&#8217;t eat a large meal and go to bed soon after. That&#8217;s one of the worst things you can do.</p>
<p> So who wants to feel better, be healthier, and live longer? I know I do!</p>
